HOW DOES THE HOLIPATCH WORK?
After placing the patch on the skin near the source of pain/inflammation, the organic ingredients are topically absorbed through the skin to the pain source to relieve and numb the nearby areas.
HOW LONG DOES THE HOLIPATCH LAST?
The patches medicinal effects can work up to 24 hours, but the longer you leave it on the better as the ingredients will continue to flow towards the pain center.
DOES THE PATCH LEAVE ANY RESIDUE BEHIND AFTER REMOVAL?
Occasionally you may notice some very light residue from the adhesive on the skin. This can be removed with soap and warm water. If irritation/rash develops, then immediately stop using and consult a physician.
IS THE HOLIPATCH REUSABLE?
No, the patch is not reusable as the adhesive will not reapply as well upon re-application.
HOW DO I RETURN THE HOLIPATCH?
Simply contact us via phone @ 949-844-5595 within 30 days of receiving the product and return any unused (unopened) packages back to us. Upon physical inspection that the product is in good condition, we will issue a credit for the unused portion of your order. (less shipping fees to and from the customer if applicable). IS THE HOLIPATCH SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Although we have no clinical evidence that proves this can be harmful to minors, we do recommend consulting your family physician before treating anyone under 8 years of age or anyone who might accidentally not use it according to directions.
WHAT ACTIVE INGREDIENTS ARE IN THE HOLIPATCH?
Simply 4 organic plants are the only active ingredients. These are peppermint, lavendin, chamomile, and orange peel.
HOW DO I APPLY THE PATCH?
Be sure that the area is clean and dry before applying the patch. We do suggest that if you are sensitive to skin hair being pulled that you shave the application area before placing the patch to avoid the discomfort of hair being pulled off while removing the patch.
HOW DO I REMOVE THE PATCH?
Typically most people wait at least a few hours before removing the patch and we suggest slowly peeling off to avoid discomfort. Many times when the patch is left on for 12+ hours you may notice some adhesive left on. We suggest using some warm water and gently scrub the area with a loofah sponge.
WHERE ARE THE PATCHES CREATED?
These patches are certified organic and sourced in the USA and Europe. The final adhesion process and design applications are performed in England and the USA.
I ONLY RECEIVED 1 PATCH, BUT ORDERED 2. WHERE IS THE 2ND PATCH?
We only sell the patches in quantities of 2 packs. Each package contains 2 patches, so if you open up your package, then you will see that there are 2 patches inside.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Typically we send all of our orders via certified mail. Typically shipping takes 3-5 business days. We use USPS and there can be times when shipping is delayed due to bad weather, holiday high volume times, and pandemics. DO THESE PATCHES HAVE FDA APPROVAL?
The statements made in connection with these products have not been reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration, and the products’ efficacy has not been confirmed through Food and Drug Administration approved studies.
